1. Purchase any gift hamper over $400 for Father’s Day delivery on 14th, 15th, & 16th June and receive HKD$100 voucher from Cheaptickets.hk 凡購買任何禮籃滿 港幣 $400 以上, 於父親節期間 6月14, 15 及16日送貨, 即可免費獲贈由Cheaptickets.hk 送出的價值 港幣 $100的旅遊現金劵一張.

2. The eVoucher issued by CheapTickets.hk can be used to book a flight on www.cheaptickets.hk and pay with a valid credit card during booking period of 16 June 2013 – 35 Aug 2013 (“Booking Period”) for travel must be on or before 31 Dec 2013 (“Travel Period”) as published on the eVoucher. Extension of eVoucher validity is strictly not allowed. CheapTickets.hk電子現金券只限透過CheapTickets.hk預訂航班並以信用卡簽賬付款。電子現金券有效航班預定期為2013年6月16日至2013年8月15日,而有效旅遊日期為2013年12月31日前。電子現金券有效期不得更改,逾期作廢.

3. Each eVoucher can be used against each of a Roundtrip ticket(s) booking only. The eVoucher is not applicable for Hotel, Package, Low Cost Carriers and other unspecified full service carriers bookings. 每次預訂只可使用一張電子現金券預訂來回機票。不適用於酒店,套票,廉價航空公司及非指定航空公司機票預訂。

4. Under no circumstances can any portion of the eVoucher be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise. 在任何情況下(包括退款或其它方式),電子現金券均不能兌換為現金。 If an eVoucher has been utilized on a booking that is later cancelled or amended, the value of the eVoucher will not be refunded, and all cancellation and amendment fees will still apply. 倘若於預訂中使用電子現金券,而該預訂隨後被取消或更改,該電子現金券的價值將不會 被退還,並且所有取消及更改費用仍將適用。

5. The eVoucher may be transferred and could be used by the individual authorized by the original eVoucher holder only. The eVoucher holder shall not tamper with or in any manner modify, alter, deface or damage the eVoucher, or act in any manner which would be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, including all related terms and conditions. CheapTickets.hk reserves the right to refrain from accepting any eVoucher that has been tampered with or which has been modified, altered, defaced or damaged. CheapTickets.hk further reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person who it believes has acted in contravention of these Terms & Conditions, including all related terms and conditions. 電子現金券持有人不得篡改或以任何方式修改、塗改、污損或損壞電子現金券,或作出任何可能違反本條款及細則的行為。CheapTickets.hk有權拒絕任何經修改、塗改、污損或損壞之電子現 金券,而且CheapTickets.hk保留對篡改現金券之人士採取法律行動的權利。

7. The eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount or concession. 電子現金券不可與其它禮券、推廣活動、折扣或優惠同時使用。

8. The decision of CheapTickets.hk on all matters, queries or disputes, concerning the eVoucher and its Terms & Conditions shall be final. 任何爭議關於電子獎券的條款及細則,CheapTickets.hk保留最終決定權。如本條款及細則之中、英文版本有任何歧義,概以英文版本為準。
